Service Description

The Heart Saver Bloodborne Pathogens course teaches students how to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood or blood-containing materials. This course is designed to meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements for bloodborne pathogens training when paired with site-specific instruction. The AHA Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens Course is designed for anyone with a reasonable chance of coming into contact with bloodborne pathogens such as: Correctional Officers, Childcare workers, Security guards, Maintenance workers, School personnel, Hotel housekeepers, Health and fitness club staff, and Tattoo artists.

Service & Booking Policy – Push Health and Safety Services LLC We are committed to providing professional, confidential, and reliable services across our DNA testing and CPR training programs. DNA Testing Policy All DNA tests are performed through AABB-accredited labs. Legal ID is required for all adult participants. Parental/legal guardian consent is required for any testing involving minors. Legal tests follow strict chain-of-custody procedures. Prenatal paternity testing requires consent from both the expectant mother and alleged father. DNA testing services are non-refundable once a test kit has been ordered, issued, or a collection has occurred. A deposit or full payment is required to secure DNA testing services. Any remaining balance is due in full before samples are collected and before results are released. Turnaround times vary by test (2–10 business days). Immigration results are sent directly to USCIS or the embassy. Peace of mind results are not admissible in court. DOT & Non-DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Policy DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing services are conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and employer-specific regulations and include strict chain-of-custody procedures. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all donors. Once a donor presents for testing or a collection is initiated, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable. DOT results are reviewed by a Medical Review Officer (MRO) when required. CPR & Training Course Policy All CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid classes require full payment at time of booking and are non-refundable. Students must arrive 15 minutes early. Those more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled. Certifications (eCards) are issued same day or within 24 hours of successful completion. For CPR or training sessions with two (2) or fewer participants, training will be conducted at an approved private location or residence, sub Rescheduling Policy (All Services) Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice and only for a legitimate reason (illness, emergency, work conflict). If the rescheduled session is canceled again, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. No-call, no-show = forfeiture of payment and no reschedule. General Policies We accept card, and online payment. No results or certifications will be released until payment is complete. We reserve the right to refuse service if consent is not provided, payment terms are unmet, or staff safety is at risk.
