Service Description
The online HeartCode® course through the American Heart Association (AHA) can be accessed directly at their official website: HeartCode® BLS Course - AHA This page allows you to register for the online portion of the course, which includes interactive simulations and knowledge checks. After completing it, you can proceed to schedule your hands-on skills session with me upon receipt of completed online course certificate.

Cancellation Policy
Courses are non-refundable but can be transferred if you enroll in the incorrect class. Deposits will be applied to the new course (if rescheduled within 24-48 hours), and any additional fees must be paid prior to the class. If you are sick, please inform me immediately to reschedule your session within 24-48 hours. You are permitted one rescheduling without charge, a second for a $25.00 fee, and beyond that, the course will not be rescheduled or refunded.
